Data Logging Noise Warning Sign
With the same features as the SoundEar
2000, the SoundLog also has a small box fitted to the top that
logs the noise levels for later analysis on a computer.
The ability to check the noise profile in this way gives the following
benefits:
- Find the noisiest times of the day
- Check whether levels are high during times when the manager
is not present
- Estimate workers' exposure to noise

The SoundEar with SoundLog stores the average sound level every five
minutes for up to four weeks. The small box is then removed from the top
of the SoundEar to be conveniently taken to the computer for download
using the software supplied. When you plug the unit back onto the SoundEar
it clears its storage, making it ready for another four weeks of storage.
